In-House Exhibition and Opening Ceremony: IPR New Build is Completed
An estimated 250 customers and business partners as well as families of staff took the opportunity to take a look at the new building for IPR – Intelligente Peripherien für Roboter GmbH that was completed in March.
The IPR managing directors Fredy Doll and Thomas Kollmar invited their guests to attend an in-house exhibition and opening ceremony in the new building. During a tour of the company's new building, visitors were impressed by the amount of light flooding the building. Almost every room offers a view of the countryside thanks to its many — some floor-to-ceiling — windows. And the atrium just makes visitors think of summer.
The building is something to be shouted about!!! Construction began in June 2016, and now the strikingly bright façade has been put on show with its green and blue color accents. Construction remained fully on schedule and within its budget. The new building offers the perfect backdrop for planned growth and the development of futureproof cutting edge technology. Customers from all around the world collaborate with the robot specialist IPR.
The new building was built on an area of approximately 1.3 hectares. The floor areas of 1700 sq. meters for the 2-storey administrative area and 1500 sq. meters for the assembly hall provide space for around 60 of the 80 employees in the workforce. 20 technical experts are employed in production at the Schwaigern site.
